Roofing & Cladding
We are specialists in leak detection, particularly in older properties which have several previous failed repairs. We take a different approach and instead of fixing the problem, we investigate and partner with our drainage team to find the root cause of the problem and work forward from there, we don’t just patch over the top of problem issues. We are on hand 24/7 for our valued clients in the Electrical, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Even when extreme weather conditions prevent roof access we are fully equipped to contain any leaks with specialist equipment and divert any roof leaks safely out of the building until proper repairs can be carried out.

Survey
Understand the roofing issue, investigate the root problem, assess the cause not the problem. Propose a long term solution, not just a patch repair to the issue which will re-occur quickly.

Safety
Investigate and explain to the client the laws around Health and Safety and the requirements of both the client and contractor under current CDM regulations to ensure all work is carried out safe and compliant.

Deliver
Carry out the works, communicating closely with the client at all times, ensuring no interruption to their activities, while completing the work to a high standard and leaving the site tidy and the client with an electronic PDF of all the work carried out from survey through to completion.

Success
We always check back in with our clients after completed works to ensure there are no issues and ask the client if they were happy with our service.
