When we survey buildings, we don’t start at the leak – we look for the cause of the leak, which can often be a long way from where water is penetrating your asset. We have over a combined 100 years of experience in fault finding, and very rarely have return visits for the same issue – We search diligently for the source problem and work forwards from there.

We investigate the cause of the leak, not just the point where water appears, and work towards a practical solution.
Inspect
Stand back and assess the overall issue, we don’t just look to patch the leak, we investigate deeply with tracer dyes, drones, thermal cameras, drainage camera inspections. We investigate until we find the root cause of the leak.
Propose
We then propose either one or several proposals to our client to solve the problem.
Succeed
We carry out the remedial work safely and un-intrusively to our clients.
